Terms and Conditions for Refund / Returns Policy

Exchange, refund or repair:

We offer the above if the item is:

  • Incorrect product.
  • Wrong size.
  • Not the same as ordered.
  • Damaged or faulty.

You are not entitled to a refund if:

  • It is not to your liking.
  • Found a product elsewhere that is more suitable/you prefer.
  • Change of mind.
  • You choose wrong size or wrong colour.
  • The product was sold with a fault known to client.

 

Exchange/Credit in store

  • If for some reason it is not suitable, we are happy to exchange it or offer a credit to be used in store at some later date.

 

What is needed for a refund or exchange.

We will always put the client first. If it was clearly bought from us, we will still offer the above Exchange and Refund options to clients.

  • Label attached shows Decor Dreams
  • Receipt
  • Bank Statement
  • Copy of receipt.

 

We will refund if:

  • You were sent the wrong product and if we are unable to send the correct proudct to fix issue.
  • We sent you the wrong size that you choose and we are unable to replace it.
  • The item is clearly different to that purchased and we are unable to replace it.
  • The item was damaged and we are unable to replace it.
